Hey.
I never planned to create a method.
During a depression, I just wanted to understand how the universe works and how we’re connected to it - to get unstuck.
For years I tested every approach I could find. I used to be a journalist, so I interviewed more than 50 spiritual teachers to find something that could help me.
I pulled their manifestation methods apart, tested the strategies on myself and 30 others, kept what truly worked, and shaped it into one clear framework, The Speak Up Method.
Here is what I discovered:

Now, hundreds of YouTube comments later, it is clear that people experience their own breakthroughs in manifesting by using their voice.
What I found was too powerful not to share:
Real change doesn’t have to come from manifesting alone. It seems like it comes much faster (and better) from co-creating with the helping forces that listen when we speak out loud with intention.
That’s how the Speak Up Method was born.
