My Story
I used to think manifesting and spirituality was just wishful thinking and weird.
This was back when I was a radio host and journalist. A rational man...;-)
And then depression hit. Bad.
During my Dark Night of the Soul, exhausted and out on a walk, I lifted my head and—just for fun—asked for more stamina out loud.
No ritual, no belief system.
Instantly, my energy came back. I could breathe again! That single moment changed everything.
I became obsessed with finding out how and why these things work.
So I went in to research mode for 5 years, learning everything I could about how we and our universe is connected.
I tested the methods I learned from interviewing over 50 spiritual leaders. Based on my findings, I put together what is now known as The Speak Up Method. Get it here.
