1: Think of a problem you have. Examples: Health (also animals), worry, money, relationships, conflicts, self-esteem, self-love, sleep, stress, feel lost, a feeling of no purpose ++++
2: We meet privatly online on video or just audio.
3: I facilitate this joint intention-meeting with spirit, all pulling together.

We aligne our energy, and combine our focus. In manifesting, it’s often said that while one is one, two is ten.
