​“Terje, you are a healer.” (Why I’m finally listening)

​

I never planned to become a healer.

 

But over the last few years, my palms have literally kept burning, (getting blisters....) and I’ve received the same message from spiritual teachers and guides: “Terje, you are a healer.”

​

I feel a quiet, steady pull from Spirit moving me in this direction, so I decided to finally listen and test something new.

​

For the past 7 years, I’ve been refining The Speak Up Method. Recently, I ran an experiment: I did several healing sessions. But instead of just teaching it, I did The Speak Up Method with them, together.

 

The results absolutely blew my mind.

While I never guarantee specific results, the outcomes so far have been incredibly promising. I’ve been reflecting on why this works so well, and a few key things stand out:

  1. Joined Intention: When we co-create and join our intention, the energy and power of the session become much stronger.

  2. The Power of Voice: Speaking up is more powerful than just thinking. I guide the person through the method, and giving voice to the process creates real momentum.

  3. A Deep Connection to My Guiding Team: I rely on my connection to my inner guidance and helping forces, a relationship I’ve built over the last 7 years by communicating with them several times a day.

  4. Active Participation: The person receiving the healing is an active part of the process, not just a passive receiver. I may do most of the talking during the session, but the client is deeply engaged through our joined intention.

It feels natural, effortless, and deeply aligned. And now, I feel called to offer this to you.
